The fourth issue of Illumi-Naughty begins with a modern retelling of the "Hashashins", also known as the original order of assassins. In a typical Paranoid American twist - our version takes place during the 1967 Summer of Love. The alternate title was "MK-ULTRA Hippy Assassin".

The second story in this issue is the "(sexual) Awakening of Mary Todd Lincoln" which speculates on what the lonely wife of Honest Abe might have been up do during a personal visit by famous spiritualists, the Fox Sisters.
